We know returns need to happen occasionally and do our best to provide a hassle-free return experience.
We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of delivery to you. Any returns received after 30 days will receive store credit. We do not accept returns after 30 days. To be an eligible return, the item must be unused and have original tags attached.
Step #1: request a return label, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your request must include:
– Your order number
– The items you’d like to return
– The reason for return (example: too big, too small, etc.)
After a return has been delivered, it takes approximately 3-5 business days for acceptance & processing. If your return request meets our policy, we will process your refund as applicable. Please note for returns other than shoes we will deduct $7.50 from any refund due for the first item plus $2 for each additional item; for shoes, we will deduct $10 for the first pair plus $5 for each additional pair of shoes returned.
Please note this policy applies to the continental US ONLY. We do not accept returns from other locations at this time.
- Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- Items must be sent back in original unworn condition with all tags still attached. Must be unworn, unwashed, and scent free. Must be clean. No deodorant stains, makeup, etc.
- All clearance items are FINAL SALE. All accessories are FINAL SALE including cups, jewelry, scarves, and hats.
- Shipping an exchange back is the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure to use a shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We cover the shipping on the item we are shipping in exchange!
- You will need to include your return form with your order. If you no longer have it another can be printed at the bottom of this page.
- After we’ve received your return and it’s been approved and processed we will issue you a store credit code to redeem online in the form of a gift card. Please allow up to 5 business days after receiving your return for processing. You will receive your code or exchange shipping notification after we’ve received your return and after the 5 day processing window.
- Please note our items sell quickly, so we cannot guarantee an item will still be in stock if you need to exchange. You may have to take a store credit or choose a different item.
- Gift certificates are non exchangeable and non refundable.

- Please double check your shipping info.We are not responsible for items returned to us due to incorrect address.
- Discount codes are never valid on a gift card purchase

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Returns Postmarked Within 7 days of delivery:
We will issue a refund in the original form and amount of payment for the returned merchandise less the fee(s) described above.
After 7 days of delivery, up to 30 days:We will issue a store credit based on the original purchase price for the returned merchandise less the fee(s) described above.
KEEP IN MIND:
All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit. Refunds processed as store credit are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed with any other discounts, credits or codes. Additionally any purchases made with a store credit or gift card that was issued from a previous return is considered final sale, and is not eligible for a return or refund.
*There are a few goods which are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

– Swim Wear
– Water Bottles / Tumblers
– Beauty, Health and Personal Care items
– Mystery Bag Items
– Items where a donation is made when purchased
– Sale and clearance items
– Any item marked down from original price
Refunds and store credit will not be provided for:
– Any item not in its original condition- is damaged, dirty, missing tags, or for any other reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned outside of our policy timeline
– Any purchases made with a store credit or gift card that was issued from a previous return
We are not responsible for the following:
– Items shipped to us without a label issued by us
– Items shipped to us outside of our policy window as detailed above
